Colnago is pleased to present the V3Rs Capsule Collection, inspired by the successes of the Slovenian champion of UAE Team Emirates, winner of the last two editions of the Tour de France. The three bikes of the V3Rs Capsule Collection represent Colnago excellence in terms of technological innovation, performance and style and become the new reference for the most extreme “custom-built” sector. Livery of the collection: enthusiasts will thus be able to get hold of the same bikes used by the last winner of the Grande Boucle, available according to taste in three versions, the same number of the leader jerseys of the Tour rankings won in the 2020 and 2021 editions. One with yellow-black livery, dedicated to the Yellow Jersey, symbol of the leader of the general classification and winner of the race. One with a white polka dot-black livery, inspired by the polka dot jersey of the best climber of the Grand Boucle. Finally, one with a black-white livery, inspired by the White Jersey as the best youngster of the event.
The bicycle, made on a Colnago V3Rs base, the light and aerodynamic top of the range monocoque frame, will be delivered with a unique and otherwise unavailable item: an original Tour rankings jersey autographed by Tadej Pogačar, complete with UAE Team Emirates logos and others sponsor of the team. The jersey will follow the choice of the bicycle, eg. Polka dot shirt with white polka dot-black bike. All bicycles are characterized by an assembly of absolute quality, which once again affirms the leadership of the Made in Italy product in the world. The frame is Colnago V3Rs, ultralight and aerodynamic, excellent on any type of terrain: flat, uphill and mixed routes.
The frame weighs just 790 grams in size 50s in raw disc version (with the metal parts placed and glued).
The total integration of the cables, which pass inside the stem and the pivot of the fork, gives the entire bicycle an aesthetically flawless look.
The assembly is of the same level, starting with the official licensees of the Tour de France: Selle Prologo Scratch M5 Nack and the Vittoria Corsa clinchers.
The groupset is Campagnolo Super Record EPS 12-speed, perfectly complementing the Bora Ultra WTO DB wheels with C-LUX finish.
The handlebar is Deda Elementi ALANERA DCR (with Deda internal cable routing) monocoque in carbon fiber.
